Drouot - Paris. The letter was pre-empted by the French National Library (Bibliothèque Nationale). Called "letter of the clairvoyant" the 11-page manuscript contains three poems, "My little lovers", "Parisian war song" and "crouchings"with some shock-phrases such as "I is somebody else" or "I say one must be clairvoyant" and is considered as the founding manifesto of modern poetry. The 10 letters written by the French poet between 1871 and 1885 were sold for a total of 9,66 million FF (some US $ 1,6 million) and pre-empted by the State during this sale.
