Otherwise, prices for such pieces are usually below that level. Cycladic figure, made about 2.500 BC, a quite modernistic sculpture, the style of which appealed to many contemporary artists, notably Henry Moore, fetched US 202,000 at Christie's, London on October 20th 1999.
