Many  of the lots achieved tremendous prices   and the auction house was particularly pleased by the world  auction record set for a work  by Jean Dupas. His Allegorie du Tissu realized  1,650,500 USD, nearly 6 times its high estimate. Greenberg Collection, which was the most important  collection of French Art Deco to have ever been presented in the  United States.
