A student shot himself in the head, an unemployed man cut his veins, four women jumped to their death from the windows of their apartments, a man hanged himself and another plunged a knife into his stomach on February 20th 2000 in Moscow. A Psychiatrist said these suicides were due to the fact that the Russian society was in a critical state.
