A painting by Dutch master Harmen Rembrandt van Rijn was stolen on July 13th 1999 from the museum of Draguignan, Southern France. Estimated at US $ 3,5 million, the small painting titled "The Child with the soap bubble" was stolen at 10 p.m, police said.
