Haber-Beron, Aron
Birth - Death : 1908? -1933
Nationality : Polish
Haber-Beron signed a contract with Zborowski, Modigliani's dealer in Paris, and came to the French capital around 1928. Suffering from a mental illness he was admitted several times in psychiatric clinics before returning to his family home in Lodz, where he reportedly died from a hunger strike. Haber-Beron produced still lives and some portraits during his short career.

Halle studied art in Frankfurt between 1839 and 1842 before completing his studies under Wappers in Antwerp. Specializing in genre painting, he went to England and exhibited his works in London until the early 1870's. Halle then settled in Paris and became a French citizen.

Born in Warsaw, Renée Halpern went to Paris at 18. There she befriended Soutine and Albert Marquet in Montparnasse. She exhibited her paintings in Paris, New York and Israel in 1968. Renée Halpern worked as an abstract painter for a short while and later produced figurative works.

Stacha Halpern studied painting in Lwow and in Melbourne before living in Paris between 1961 and 1966. He exhibited his works in the French capital as well as in Amsterdam, Basel, Lausanne, Milan and Rome. Stacha Halpern worked as an abstract painter until 1963 and then produced figurative works.

He exhibited his works regularly at the Salon d'Automne and at the Salon des Tuileries. Hannaux died in Luxembourg in 1954.
